3 Steps To Property Heaven
Step 1: Agreement and
Financial Commitment
You and your Buyer agree to offer each other a
financial commitment, which will only be paid by
the defaulting party should they break the deal
before contracts are exchanged.
This commitment, starting at £2,000, is not paid
upfront.
Step 2: Grant of Exclusivity and Terms
In addition to the financial commitment, you grant
your Buyer a period of exclusivity, which can be up
to 6 months.
The Buyer agrees to the exact same terms, ensuring
a fair and balanced agreement.
Step 3: Contractual Guarantee
Exchange of contracts expected and both parties
are locked-in.
